Crediting
POJSCB “InfinBank” conducts credit operations on a contractual basis with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (non-legal entities) to finance their business activities. Credits are divided into credits for formation fixed capital, which usually extended for up to 5 years, and for increasing working capital, which extended for up to 1 year. Duration of credits extended for organization of retail trade can not exceed 3 months.
POJSCB “InfinBank” uses the following main credit instruments:
Credits without opening a credit line
Credit is extended as a lump sum. It is a form of crediting, where total amount of credit extended to the client during the credit period does not exceed the maximum amount (credit extension limit) as defined in corresponding credit contract. Repayment is made in accordance with the established repayment schedule.
Credits with opening a credit line
Credit provides for a phased extension of credit and its repayment in accordance with the established schedule, without revolving the credit during the credit period;
Revolving credit line
Revolving credit line is a form of crediting in which the client's debt amount on the credit during the period of credit contract does not exceed the maximum amount (debt limit), defined in the credit contract. During the period of credit contract the client has the right for repeated partial or full repayment of debt and repeat withdrawal of funds under a credit. The limitation here is credit duration, credit line limit, purpose of credit.
Terms of credit extension:
- Credit duration:
- up to 1 year - for increasing working capital;
- up to 3 years - for formation fixed capital;
- up to 3 months - for organization of retail trade; - Credit amount is determined based on the needs of financed activity;
- Interest rates - from 20-24 percents;
- Credit security - 125% of the credit amount.
