List of documents required for extension of consumer credit

In order to obtain a consumer credit the Borrower should submit the following documents to the Bank:


- application form;
- passport;
- work certificate, certifying the Borrower’s income in established order;
- documents for the goods being purchased at the expense of credited funds (contract for the goods and documents of the producer of the goods);
- documents to secure repayment of the credit.


Interest rate on credit is set differentially, depending on the credit term, credit amount, borrower's ability to pay and other conditions and fluctuates between 20-24% per annum.


List of documents required for extension of mortgage credit

In order to obtain a mortgage credit for the purchase of individual house or apartment in the apartment house the Borrower should submit the following documents to the Bank:


- application form;
- preliminary contract for porchase and sale of individual house or apartment in apartment house with indication of the agreed price of individual house or apartment in apartment house being sold, with attachment a copy of document confirming the seller’s ownership right to such house or apartment;
- income statements of the applicant and its family members and/or third parties who live together with the applicant, issued from their constant work for the last 6 months (if constant working place is available), or a copy of declaration on income of the applicant and its family members and/or third party for the last 6 months, confirmed by state tax service operated in the place of their residence;
- reference on family members issued from place of residence, applicant’s passport (original for review) and its copy. A copy of the passport will be verified with the original, where relevant note will be made on the copy, and availability of the stamps of marriage will be also verified if the credit is executed for the young family member);
- documents confirming the capability of the applicant (duly executed certificate from narcological and psycho-neurological dispensaries);
- bank’s statement on placing funds to the savings deposit account, opened for the applicant’s name (bank statement on the relevant account);
- report on the housing market value, prepared by independent valuer having a license issued by the State Property Committee in accordance with existing legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
After evaluation of the Borrower’s solvency the Bank for the purposes of reducing the credit risk in individual cases may require additional collateral (pledge of property, third party guarantee and other types of collateral).
Bank does not extend credits for transactions on purchase and sale of houses, concluded between close relatives (to be confirmed in writing by buyer and seller), as well as persons registered in the same address.


When receiving a mortgage credit the Borrower must pay the following costs:

- single charge for executing the credit in the amount of 0.3% of the credit amount, but not less than UZS 250 thousand;
- state fee for notarization of the mortgage contract;
- costs related with insurance of pledged real estate (mortgage);
- fee for valuation of collateral;
- mortgage contract registration fee;
- costs associated with insurance of life, health and disability of the Borrower for the maturity term of the credit contract;
- payment of independent valuation of credit object.


Interest rates on credits


Interest rates on credits are set differentially in each specific case by the Credit Committee. Interest rate is set depending on the credit term, credit amount, borrower's solvency, source of funding and a number of other conditions.
