DEAR SHAREHOLDERS! 

Extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Invest Finance Bank Joint-Stock Commercial Bank with foreign capital participation (hereinafter - the Bank) will be held on 12 December 2022 in the Head office of the Bank, which is located at: Tashkent, Mirabad district, T.Shevchenko street, 1.  

The meeting will start at 15:00. Registration of shareholders will begin at 14:00. The register of the Bank’s shareholders as of December 05, 2022 is being made for holding the Extraordinary General Meeting.

 AGENDA:

 

1. Approval of the procedural regulations of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders;

2. Allocation of undistributed profit of the bank for previous years;

3. Payment of dividends on ordinary shares of the bank, determination of amount of dividend and form of its payment. 

Ø Shareholders shall participate in the Extraordinary General Meeting on the basis of identity document and written power of attorney, the power of attorney issued on behalf of legal entity shall be certified in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation, and the power of attorney issued on behalf of natural person - in the notarial procedure.
