On March 14, 2019, additional shares of the Bank were placed in the amount of 80,000,000,000.00 soums, on the basis of a decision registered by the Securities Market Coordination and Development Center under No. R0820-11 of December 4, 2018.

The authorized capital of the Bank has been increased by a foreign investment company Swiss Capital International Group AG.
