During the transfer of data, the bank will suspend operations with international plastic cards for several days.
This is necessary to exclude system errors in your accounts and personal data.

After November 9 until November 17, 2021, the service of withdrawing cash from terminals at the bank's cash desks from international VISA cards will be unavailable. Please withdraw the amount you need in advance.

After November 11 and until November 17, 2021, the acceptance of applications for the issue of international plastic VISA cards will be suspended.

Your current card remains valid after all work on the bank's side. There is no need to reissue the card.

We will soon announce the resumption of operations with VISA international plastic cards.
