Responsibilities:
•    Organize and manage the work of the department;
•    Conduct negotiations and provide consulting to corporate clients;
•    Analyze clients’ financial statements;
•    Work with legal documents;
•    Develop the optimal scheme for project financing;
•    Prepare credit documentation and oversee loan issuance;
•    Ensure current tasks are completed efficiently and on time;
•    Implement necessary measures to attract potential clients;
•    Achieve established targets;
•    Prepare reports promptly upon request.
Requirements:
•    Higher education in finance or economics;
•    More than 5 years of experience in banking;
•    Experience in credit risk management;
•    Experience in analyzing the financial condition and creditworthiness of legal entities;
•    Confident user of computers and MS Office applications;
•    Knowledge of Russian and Uzbek languages; knowledge of English is desirable.
