Announcement on the public subscription for the shares of "Invest Finance Bank" JSC
DEAR INVESTORS (INDIVIDUALS AND LEGAL ENTITIES)!
In accordance with the decision of the Supervisory Board of “Invest Finance Bank” Joint-Stock Company dated May 8, 2025, a resolution was adopted to issue additional shares.
The resolution on the issuance of additional shares and the prospectus of “Invest Finance Bank” JSC were registered by the National Agency for Perspective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan on June 11, 2025, under registration number R0820-16.
According to the resolution, “Invest Finance Bank” JSC will place among an unlimited number of investors, via public subscription:

240,000,000 (two hundred forty million) registered ordinary shares,
-
300,000,000 (three hundred million) registered preferred shares,
each with a nominal value of 1,000 UZS.
Both ordinary and preferred shares will be offered at a price of 1,000 UZS per share.
Applications for subscription to these shares will be accepted within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of this announcement.
The shares will be placed through transactions in accordance with the rules of the “Toshkent” Republican Stock Exchange.
