ATTENTION TO SHAREHOLDERS OF InFinBank JSC!
DEAR SHAREHOLDERS!
An unscheduled general meeting of shareholders of Invest Finance Bank Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) will be held on November 27, 2025, at the Bank's head office located at 1 T. Shevchenko Street, Mirobod District, Tashkent.
Unscheduled general meeting of shareholders will be held by voting using ballots approved by the Bank's Supervisory Board, with the direct participation of shareholders or their representatives.
The meeting will begin at 3:00 p.m. Registration of shareholders will begin at 2:30 p.m.
The register of shareholders notified of the unscheduled general meeting was prepared as of November 5, 2025, and the register of shareholders entitled to participate in the General Meeting was prepared as of November 21, 2025.

To approve the members of the Bank's Audit Commission;

To approve the agenda of the unscheduled general meeting of shareholders;

To terminate the powers of the Chairman of the Bank's Management Board prior to term;

To approve the Bank's Development Strategy for 2026–2028;

To approve the change of the Bank's location (postal address);

To approve the amendments to the Bank's Charter;

To introduce and approve amendments and additions to the Bank's internal regulatory documents.

Shareholders participate in the meeting based on an ID and a written power of attorney. A power of attorney issued on behalf of a legal entity shall be executed in accordance with the law, and a power of attorney issued on behalf of an individual shall be notarized.
