DEAR SHAREHOLDERS!
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC “InFinBank” (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) will be held on June 09, 2026, at the Bank’s Head Office located at: 17-B Mustaqillik Avenue, Mirzo-Ulugbek District, Tashkent.
The Extraordinary General Meeting will be conducted by voting through ballots approved by the Supervisory Board of the Bank, with the direct participation of shareholders or their representatives.
The meeting will commence at 3:00 PM. Registration of shareholders will begin at 2:30 PM.
The register of shareholders entitled to receive notification of the Extraordinary General Meeting shall be compiled as of May 18, 2026, and the register of shareholders entitled to participate in the General Meeting shall be compiled as of June 03, 2026.

AGENDA:
- Approval of the regulations of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders;
- Determination of the maximum number of authorized shares of JSC “InFinBank”;
- Introduction of amendments and additions to the Charter of JSC “InFinBank”.
➢ Shareholders shall participate in the Extraordinary General Meeting on the basis of an identity document and a written power of attorney. A power of attorney issued on behalf of a legal entity must be executed in accordance with the procedure established by law, while a power of attorney issued on behalf of an individual must be notarized.
