ATTENTION TO SHAREHOLDERS OF JSC “InFinBank”!
DEAR SHAREHOLDERS!
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC “InFinBank” (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”) will be held on October 8, 2026, at the Head Office building of the Bank located at: 17-B Mustaqillik Avenue, Mirzo Ulugbek District, Tashkent.
The Extraordinary General Meeting will be held by voting through ballots approved by the Supervisory Board of the Bank, with the direct participation of shareholders or their representatives.
The meeting will begin at 15:00. Registration of shareholders will begin at 14:30. The register of notices to shareholders on holding the Extraordinary General Meeting will be prepared as of September 16, 2026, and the register of shareholders entitled to participate in the General Meeting will be prepared as of October 2, 2026.

Consideration of the matter of approving the new version of the Charter of the Bank.

Shareholders shall participate in the Extraordinary General Meeting upon presentation of an identity document and a written power of attorney; a power of attorney issued on behalf of a legal entity shall be executed in accordance with the procedure established by law, while a power of attorney issued on behalf of an individual shall be notarized.
