Women's leadership in focus: how the thematic event took place at InfinBANK

One of the significant events of this week was an internal focus group dedicated to women's leadership development. In the format of an open and constructive dialog, the participants discussed how to create more equal conditions for professional growth and what steps are necessary for sustainable changes in this area.

The event was part of the bank's ESG agenda, which is centered on supporting an inclusive environment, developing talent and fostering a culture of equal opportunities.



The female participants in the meeting jointly reviewed:

•  current resources and initiatives that support women's leadership,
•  barriers that women face on their way to management positions,
•  ideas and suggestions for further development of this topic within the organization.
