The CX Banking Index is a comprehensive comparative study in which experts from the Customer Experience Laboratory reproduce real customer scenarios in mobile banking applications (Android) — from registration to transfers, payments, and card management. Each app is rated on a single iCX scale, which highlights drivers and barriers: simplicity, transparency, and personalization.
The purpose of the study is to provide banks with an independent assessment of the quality of the digital customer experience, identify best practices, and stimulate growth in service quality, which ultimately increases customer loyalty and accelerates digitalization.
