Important: new payment rules will come into effect on April 1
Beginning April 1, 2026, a number of payments will be made exclusively in non-cash form — by bank card, through mobile applications, or via electronic payment services:

real estate transactions;

buying and selling automobiles;

payment for government services;

utility payments (electricity, gas, water, etc.);

payments at gas stations;
-
the purchase of alcohol and tobacco products.
Please take these changes into account and prepare for the transition to cashless payments in advance.
