TASHKENT - June 19, 2026 - InFinBank and the investment company Oppenheimer Europe Ltd. (UK) signed a bilateral cooperation agreement. The document officially enshrines the parties’ mutual interest in developing long-term partnerships aimed at pooling expertise and resources to implement joint projects in international financial markets.

The joint activities of financial institutions will focus on several key areas, including equity and debt capital markets, where the parties intend to explore opportunities for structuring, underwriting, securities placement, and general corporate financing. An important part of the interaction will be cooperation in the field of rating consulting to assist in obtaining, maintaining or improving credit ratings from leading international agencies. Furthermore, the memorandum provides for the evaluation of potential structures for opening and managing custodial accounts, conducting clearing, and implementing advanced asset management solutions.
