InFinBank JSC and SEAF signed an agreement to attract an Islamic financing line worth $5 million

TASHKENT - June 19, 2026 - InFinBank JSC and the international management company SEAF (Small Enterprise Assistance Funds) have signed an agreement to attract a $5 million financing line. The funds are provided for a period of 3 years in strict accordance with Sharia principles through the Murabaha agreement structure, funded by the Economic Empowerment Fund for Uzbekistan (EEFU).

The attracted resources will be fully directed toward supporting and developing the small and medium-sized business (SME) sector in the Republic of Uzbekistan. This initiative is designed to expand the access of domestic entrepreneurs to alternative financial instruments, stimulate the creation of new jobs, and support sustainable economic growth in the country’s regions. The signing of the agreement opens a new stage of interaction between financial institutions to implement advanced Islamic finance products in the banking market of Uzbekistan.
