InfinBANK increases its authorized capital to 2.24 trillion soums
On June 24, 2026, the Supervisory Board of InfinBANK JSC approved a decision to increase the Bank's authorized capital by 800 billion soums through an additional share offering.Following this decision, InfinBANK's authorized capital will reach 2.24 trillion soums.
To date, within the framework of the additional share issue, securities totaling 300 billion soums have already been placed. The remaining portion of the offering, valued at 500 billion soums, will be placed according to the established terms of the issue and in full compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This increase in authorized capital is part of InfinBANK's ongoing efforts to strengthen its financial stability and expand its capacity for further business development and the achievement of strategic objectives.
