InfinBank has secured financing from the international investment fund Enabling Qapital Ltd.
InfinBank has secured financing from Enabling Qapital Ltd., an international investment fund specializing in investments in the financial sector of emerging markets.
Attracting international financing is part of Bank's consistent efforts to diversify its funding sources, strengthen its resource base, and expand cooperation with international financial institutions and investment companies.
Under the terms of the agreement, the funds will be used to finance the Bank's existing and new small and micro business clients. This will allow the Bank to expand its lending capabilities while simultaneously increasing the flexibility of managing its resource base.
Collaboration with Enabling Qapital was the result of a comprehensive review process, including a financial and legal analysis of the Bank's activities, an assessment of its corporate governance, risk management system, and key financial indicators. The transaction provides InfinBank with long-term unsecured financing for a term of
36 months, which will increase the share of more stable and long-term resources in the Bank's liability structure.

Enabling Qapital Ltd. is an asset management fund regulated by the Swiss regulator FINMA. The fund's objective is to make investments that will contribute to a positive economic, social, and environmental impact.
