NRG-BI and InfinBANK have introduced a new mortgage product: “Fayzli Ipoteka”

NRG-BI and InfinBANK have entered into a partnership agreement aimed at expanding opportunities for real estate buyers and developing affordable mortgage solutions.

As part of this new partnership, a new mortgage product, “Fayzli Ipoteka”, has been introduced, designed for purchasing housing on favorable terms in NRG-BI projects.

Terms of the product

  • Down payment: from 20%
  • Interest rate: from 16.99% per annum (after obtaining the cadastre)
  • Loan term: up to 20 years
  • Loan amount: up to 1.5 billion soums
  • Apartments are available in NRG-BI projects participating in the program (Botanika Saroyi, Maftun Makon, Jomiy, Voha, Meros, Zamon, Yangi Baxt, Sad'O, SAN'AT, Yunusobod, 4U)

One of the key features of the new product is a favorable rate starting from 16.99% and a combination of bank terms and an offer from NRG-BI, allowing customers to receive a more understandable and convenient way to purchase their own housing.

“For us, this partnership is an opportunity to make the real estate purchasing process even more transparent and accessible for our clients. We are combining NRG-BI's expertise in creating residential projects and InfinBANK's capabilities in mortgage lending to offer buyers a new solution”, noted NRG-BI Director Dias Talgatovich Adilkhanov.

“Our new mortgage product with NRG-BI is focused on market demands. We aimed not just to offer financing, but to make the customer's journey to purchasing an apartment as seamless and convenient as possible. To date, this project is considered one of the most promising and lucrative offers presented by our bank in the mortgage market.”, stated Pulat Salimov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of InfinBANK.

This agreement lays the foundation for a long-term strategic partnership between NRG-BI and InfinBANK. In the future, the companies plan to develop joint mortgage solutions and expand opportunities for real estate buyers.
