- do not open attachments from unknown senders;
- pay special attention to unexpected emails and PDF files: they may contain malicious links;
- do not click on suspicious links or enter logins and passwords on third-party websites;
- remember: the email may come from a known sender's address if their account has been hacked;
- if in doubt, do not open the letter and delete it.
