The volume of transactions with securities at the Republican Stock Exchange "Tashkent" (RSE "Tashkent") amounted to 75.6 billion soums in December 2016, which is more than twice the figure for December 2015 (32.7 billion soums) and a record for the entire history of the stock exchange.
In total there were concluded 352 sales transactions of 98 million securities of 41 issuers last month.
The largest transaction by volume was concluded on December 7 in the main section (Main Board) in foreign currency, as a result of which were sold 27.9 million shares of JSCB InFinBank in the amount of $ 8.9 million (28.5 billion soums at the exchange rate of the Central Bank).
The average size of stock exchange transactions' volume was 214.8 million soums in December. The size of the average daily volume of transactions amounted to 3.6003 billion soums.
The average price of one sold security is amounted to 771.7 soums.
