HOW TO USEVISADIRECT SERVICE?
- You must be an identified client of the Bank.
- You need to have a Visa card and the Bank's mobile app.
- In the mobile app, go to the "Visa Direct Money Transfers" tab in the main menu or through the tab "Transfers" select the option "Visa Direct".
- In the opened transfer window select the Visa card for debiting, enter full card number, the recipient's First and Last Name and specify transfer amount.
- Press the button "Transfer”.
- Verify the transfer details in the "Transaction Confirmation" window that appears.
- Confirm the transfer.
- Enter the one-time SMS code sent to your registered phone number for confirmation and security purposes.
- Done!
The actual availability of funds to the recipient may depend on the internal procedures of the specific financial institutions and the region.

HOW TO START MAKING TRANSFERS BY PHONE WITH VISA?
Open the bank app, select the section ‘Transfers by phone number”, choose the required contact, enter the amount and send the transfer.
To receive a transfer - open the bank app, select the section “Transfers by phone number”, enable the option to receive transfers. Select the required card from the list.
IS THE RECEIVER’S CARD NUMBER REQUIRED TO MAKE A TRANSFER?
If the receiver has activated the option to receive transfers via phone number, you do not need to know their card number. You only need their phone number or how they are saved in your contacts.
